Website data

The public website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies in this build. The hosting provider may process basic server logs such as IP address, requested URL, time, device information and error data for delivery and security.

Email contact

If you email support@gamelogin.live, the message and attachments are processed by the email provider and retained as needed to assess or answer the request. Send only the information necessary for the issue.

Sensitive information

Do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs, recovery codes, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. Redact account IDs, transaction IDs, phone numbers, QR codes and unrelated personal information before sending.

External source links

Safety resources link to external government, health, platform and registry sources. Those services apply their own privacy practices when opened.

Sharing and publication

Submitted material is not published automatically. A redacted excerpt or summary may be used only when relevant, lawful and necessary to explain an evidence record. Private contact information is not published without a valid reason.

Retention and requests

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the editorial purpose, dispute record or legal obligation. A privacy request may be sent to support@gamelogin.live.

Children

The site is not designed to collect information from children. Do not submit a child’s personal information.

Purpose and data minimisation

Information received by email is used only for the stated editorial, correction, response, privacy or security purpose and related record keeping. GameLogin.live does not need a user's gaming password, OTP, complete payment credentials or unrestricted account access to assess a public-information claim.

Security and access

Reasonable access controls should be applied to editorial records, but no email or storage system can be promised as absolutely secure. Highly sensitive originals should remain with the owner unless a lawful and necessary transfer method has been agreed. Public working copies are redacted separately so the original is not overwritten.

Hosting and email providers

Website hosting, domain, security and email providers may process technical or communication data to deliver their services, prevent abuse and maintain logs. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. This static build does not intentionally load third-party advertising, behavioural analytics or embedded social-media trackers.

Deletion and retention limits

A deletion request may be limited when information must be retained to document a correction, defend a legal claim, prevent abuse, comply with law or preserve the integrity of an evidence record. Where full deletion is not appropriate, access can be restricted or personal information minimised when reasonably possible.
