How to respond
Send the profile URL, the exact statement being addressed, the legal entity name, supporting primary records and an authorised contact route to support@gamelogin.live.
Useful evidence
- Registry records that can be checked independently.
- Proof linking the entity to the active domain and app publisher.
- Current terms, policies and support contacts.
- Evidence addressing the precise conflict or claim.
What is not enough by itself
A logo file, unsigned certificate image, private assurance, social follower count, selected payment screenshot or request to remove criticism is not sufficient by itself.
Response record
Profiles may show whether a response was requested, received, supported by evidence and whether the assessment changed. Private contact details are not published unless necessary and already part of an essential public business record.
Fairness and wording
A material response is summarised accurately. The site may quote a short necessary statement, paraphrase the remainder and link to a public response where available.
Response workflow
- A factual question is sent to a stable public business contact when reasonably available.
- The request identifies the exact claim and the evidence needed to clarify it.
- A reasonable response window is chosen according to seriousness and time sensitivity; no universal deadline is promised.
- The response is checked against independent records rather than accepted solely because it comes from the subject.
- Material evidence is summarised fairly, with private or irrelevant data removed.
- The assessment and change history are updated when the evidence changes the result.
Evidence supplied with a response
Useful evidence may include an issuing-authority record, company filing, app-publisher record, domain-control evidence, dated policy or a technical document that can be independently checked. Private identity documents and confidential customer data should not be sent unless legally necessary and agreed in advance. GameLogin.live may decline to receive or store excessive sensitive material.
No payment for treatment
No fee, advertising arrangement, backlink, partnership or commercial offer can purchase removal of an accurate supported fact, a favourable status or priority handling. A response is assessed for evidential value, not for the sender's commercial importance.
No response and late response
If no response is received, the publication may state only that a request was sent to the recorded contact and no response was received by the stated date. Non-response is not proof that an allegation is true. A material late response can still be reviewed and added through the correction process.
